Frequently Asked Questions

While we've tried to address your every need on our site, we know that questions will come up. Here are the answers to the questions most frequently asked by our customers. How do I place an Order?

Clinivex accepts orders placed via the clinivex website, email, or phone. To place an order, we require a purchase order, which includes a purchase order number (if applicable), shipping and billing addresses, and the method of shipment preferred. Our customer service team will be pleased to help with any inquiries regarding your orders.

Why should I create an individual login?

Creating a login is essential because 1) it starts the process of creating an Account so that you are eligible for discounted pricing, and 2) it gives you access to the Customer Center, where, via your login and account, you have access to managing billing and orders.

What are the benefits of establishing a Clinivex account?

Creating an account qualifies your company for discounted pricing and access to your personalized Customer Center, where you can manage billing, orders, and your account profile.

How do I Set up an Account with the Clinivex?

You can set up an account by placing a website order and completing the associated fields. You may also contact us by email with information about your company/organization, such as website, company size, company history, etc.

How do I change my account information & preferences?

Log in and click on “Customer Login” to access account information and preferences. You can edit under “Settings” and “Set Preferences” on the left-hand side of the page; or also under “Edit Your Profile.”

What is "My Favorites"?

"My Favorites" is a feature on the website that allows you to "tag and save" certain products for whatever reason: you may purchase them frequently; you may want to save the products to buy at a later date; you may wish to compare shop products, etc. "My Favorites" allows you to easily access (and order) these products instead of conducting a new search for them.

How do I use a promotional code?

Submitting a promotion code is easy. Once you've filled your cart with the products you’d like to purchase, click “CHECKOUT.” On the “CHECKOUT” screen in the bottom right-hand corner, enter your code in the “Enter Promotional Code Here” box. Then click the “Apply Promo” button, and you'll see the discount applied. 

What are shipping methods available?

It is our policy to combine safety and economy to provide the quickest, most efficient method of transportation.  Clinivex uses FedEx and UPS for shipments as preferred carriers whenever possible; we will ship by the method specified by the customer. Shipment of hazardous items is governed by the Ministry of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Products that require special packaging and shipping may incur additional charges per shipment. Clinivex adheres to all regulations governing the transportation of our products.

Do you have a return policy?

We do have a return policy, which is listed on the Terms and Conditions page.
