Methyl 9,10-Dihydro-9-oxoacridine-4-carboxylate is an intermediate in the synthesis of DACA (D101200). DACA is a topoisomerase inhibitor used in the treatment of various cancers. Used in conjunction with vorinostat it is more efficacious in the attenuation of solid tumors.
