Description

2-Amino-5-bromo-1,3,4-thiadiazole was used to prepare arylthiadiazole H3 antagonists as Cytochrome P450 inhibitors. It can also be used to synthesize 6-fluoro-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones.
